Retail Bike&Snow Lead

Public Lands, an outdoor specialty retailer owned by DICK'S Sporting Goods, seeks a Retail Bike&Snow Lead for our Pittsburgh location. In this on-site role, you'll lead daily operations of the bike and snow shop, delivering expert fittings, basic repairs, and tuning while guiding a team of associates. You'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and uphold safety and quality procedures. Collaborating with a conservation-driven, inclusive team, you'll help educate customers, support sales goals, and engage the local outdoor community and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bike and snow shop operations and workflow
• Provide expert bike and snow gear fittings, tuning, and basic repairs
• Deliver high-level customer service and product recommendations
• Train and support associates on bike/snow services and safety standards
• Maintain merchandising, inventory, and shop organization
• Ensure compliance with safety, equipment, and quality procedures
• Support sales goals and community/educational events
• Collaborate with leaders to improve shop processes and customer experience
