Order Replenishment Merchandiser

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to support local retail customers. In this field-based role, you will stock, rotate, and merchandise Coca-Cola products in stores, ensuring shelves, coolers, and displays are full, clean, and visually appealing. You'll follow planograms, build promotional displays, and use FIFO to maintain product freshness. Working closely with store staff and sales teams, you'll report inventory needs, execute daily route plans, and uphold strict safety and quality standards while representing iconic Coca-Cola brands in the community.

Responsibilities

• Replenish Coca-Cola products on shelves, coolers, and displays at assigned retail locations
• Ensure products are rotated using FIFO and shelves are clean, organized, and properly labeled
• Build and maintain promotional and point-of-sale displays to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stocks or opportunities to sales and delivery teams
• Follow daily route plans and document work using handheld or basic reporting tools
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel and respond to merchandising requests
• Operate safely, following all company and customer safety, lifting, and equipment guidelines
• Protect product quality, minimizing damage and ensuring accurate placement and pricing
