Driving School Instructor

AAA - The Auto Club Group seeks a Driving School Instructor to deliver safe, high-quality driver education to new and returning drivers. In this role, you'll provide classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction aligned with state regulations and AAA's safety standards. You will evaluate driving performance, maintain accurate records, and communicate progress to students and parents. Working in a member-focused, team-oriented environment, you'll model safe driving behavior, promote road safety programs, and support AAA's mission of protecting members' safety and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and behind-the-wheel driving instruction following AAA curriculum and state regulations
• Assess student driving skills and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Maintain accurate student records, lesson logs, and evaluation reports
• Ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and readiness for instruction
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and AAA staff
• Promote AAA safety standards, programs, and member-focused values
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and experience levels
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational policies
