Senior Store Manager

Mattress Firm is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead sales performance and daily operations in a high-volume retail mattress store. In this role, you will drive revenue through consultative selling, coaching, and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed targets. You'll oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with company policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will model Mattress Firm's customer-first, performance-driven culture and develop associates through training, feedback, and career growth opportunities within our nationwide retail organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to meet and exceed store sales targets
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Maintain merchandising, visual, and inventory standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service using a consultative sales approach
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to drive performance and action plans
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop store team members
