Lead HVAC Installer

Any Hour Group, a leading home services company in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential heating and cooling installations. In this role, you'll manage full system change-outs, ductwork, and start-ups while mentoring junior installers and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to code. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install and start up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and company quality standards
• Coach and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work being performed
• Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust systems for proper performance
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff on scheduling and materials
• Document work performed and complete required job paperwork
