Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Manager with ARAMARK, you will lead daily facilities operations that support high-quality food and hospitality services in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee building systems, equipment, and grounds, ensuring they are safe, clean, and fully functional. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendors, supervising maintenance staff, and controlling budgets. You will enforce safety and regulatory standards, respond to emergencies, and partner closely with operations leaders to create reliable, welcoming spaces for clients, guests, and employees while contributing to Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across assigned ARAMARK locations
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and equipment
• Manage vendors and contractors to meet service, safety, and cost standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and track facility expenses
• Supervise, train, and schedule facilities and maintenance staff
• Respond to facility emergencies and service requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with food service and operations leaders to support service delivery
• Monitor building conditions and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, inspections, and work orders using CMMS or similar tools
