Flex Truck Driver

Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Flex Truck Driver to support diverse transportation needs across local and regional routes. In this role, you'll safely operate a variety of late-model trucks, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and handle freight loading/unloading while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll adapt to changing assignments, follow DOT and company safety standards, and accurately complete logs and paperwork. Responsibilities

• Operate a range of commercial trucks on local and regional routes safely and efficiently.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report vehicle issues promptly.
• Load, unload, and secure freight following company and safety guidelines.
• Comply with DOT regulations and Penske safety policies at all times.
• Complete required logs, manifests, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Adapt to changing daily assignments and route types as business needs shift.
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize routes and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned vehicles.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and driving skills.
