Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, equipment, and controls
• Oversee and mentor install helpers and junior technicians on job sites
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to manufacturer and company standards
• Interpret blueprints, job scopes, and permits to plan efficient installs
• Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness of work areas in customers' homes and businesses
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, GC's, and office staff about job status and options
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with service team when needed
• Document work performed and materials used using company systems
