Residential HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC, ductless mini-split, and heat pump systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Start up, test, and verify proper operation of new and existing equipment.
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Document work performed, parts used, and system readings in service software.
• Follow safety procedures and industry codes on all job sites.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
