Production Technician Supervisor

GXO Logistics is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume warehouse operation. In this role, you will coordinate daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and on time output for global customers. You'll monitor equipment, resolve basic mechanical or automation issues, and use data to improve performance. Responsibilities include scheduling and coaching technicians, tracking KPIs, maintaining accurate records and partnering with maintenance and logistics teams. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule production technicians to meet daily throughput and quality targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot basic mechanical or automation issues, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, GMP and GXO quality standards, conducting audits and toolbox talks as needed
• Track KPIs, analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
• Train, coach and evaluate team members, providing feedback and supporting career development
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory and operations leaders to align production plans with customer demand
• Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation in warehouse and ERP systems
• Support startup of new lines, technology or customer implementations, participating in project and process design
