Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture failures
• Install and replace fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related plumbing components to code
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems
• Respond to scheduled and occasional emergency service calls in the local service area
• Communicate findings, options, and pricing clearly to customers and obtain approvals
• Complete work orders, documentation, and parts usage accurately and on time
• Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and company quality standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working order
• Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams on multi-trade jobs as needed
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer-service training
