Operations Finance Manager

As an Operations Finance Manager at ARAMARK, you will partner with Food & Beverage Operations to drive profitable growth across a multi-unit portfolio. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, turning financial data into clear insights and actions. This role owns unit-level P&L support, develops KPIs, and strengthens controls while collaborating closely with operations leaders. You will help shape pricing, menu, and labor strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for food & beverage operations
• Own unit P&L, monitor performance, and drive margin improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to leadership
• Partner with operations to evaluate pricing, menu mix, and labor productivity
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure policy compliance, and support audits
• Develop tools and dashboards that improve financial visibility and decision-making
• Support capital investment decisions with ROI and scenario analysis
• Mentor finance staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement
