Vice President, Accounting Operations

Aramark seeks a Vice President, Accounting Operations to lead enterprise accounting across its global food, facilities, and uniform services businesses. This role oversees general ledger, AP, AR, and close processes, ensuring timely, accurate GAAP reporting and strong internal controls. The VP drives process excellence, automation, and ERP optimization, partnering with finance and operations leaders to support strategic decisions. You will build and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, champion continuous improvement, and uphold Aramark's culture of service, safety, ethics, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, and close processes for a large, multi-unit organization.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and internal control standards.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable processes, policies, and controls across accounting operations.
• Oversee use and optimization of ERP and financial systems to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business leaders to support strategic decisions and performance goals.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting operations team, promoting Aramark's culture of service, safety, and inclusion.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce risk.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and corporate governance requirements.
