Residential Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems, panels, circuits, outlets, and lighting.
• Diagnose electrical issues, propose solutions, and complete code-compliant repairs in occupied homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to plan and execute jobs accurately.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical codes and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, pricing, and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and job notes using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch, office staff, and field teams to manage daily schedule and priorities.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand skills in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Represent Custom Air & Plumbing with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service.
