Director of Retail- Empower Field
Aramark is seeking a Director of Retail to lead on-site retail operations at Empower Field. In this role, you will oversee all merchandise locations, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence on game days and special events. You will manage merchandising strategy, inventory control, cash handling, and financial performance while leading, training, and scheduling a large frontline team. You'll collaborate closely with stadium, food, and facilities teams to deliver a seamless fan experience, maintain strict safety and compliance standards, and support Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and inclusivity. Responsibilities
- Lead retail operations at Empower Field, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all retail locations.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and product presentation to maximize sales and profitability.
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop retail staff, fostering a culture of service, safety, and inclusivity.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cash handling, and financial reporting for retail operations.
- Ensure compliance with Aramark policies, health and safety standards, and venue regulations.
- Collaborate with stadium, food service, and facilities teams to coordinate game day and event operations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, technology, and best practices.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and replenishment.
- Support community, sustainability, and brand initiatives aligned with Aramark's values.
