Vice President, Fiduciary

BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, Fiduciary to lead complex trust and estate administration for high net worth and institutional clients. In this role, you will oversee fiduciary accounts, ensure rigorous compliance with trust law and regulatory standards, and exercise sound judgment on discretionary decisions and distributions. You will partner closely with relationship managers, investment teams, and legal to deliver integrated wealth solutions while managing operational and reputational risk. Responsibilities

• Lead fiduciary oversight for complex trust and estate accounts within BNY's wealth platform.
• Ensure adherence to fiduciary regulations, internal risk standards, and governance policies.
• Review and approve account actions, discretionary decisions, and distributions.
• Partner with portfolio managers, relationship managers, and legal teams on client solutions.
• Engage directly with high net worth clients to explain fiduciary responsibilities and strategies.
• Identify and mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risks in fiduciary accounts.
• Contribute to policy development, process enhancements, and audit/regulatory responses.
• Mentor and guide junior fiduciary and trust officers across global teams.
