Licensed HVAC Technician

ABM Industries is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to support safe, efficient facilities for clients across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sites. In this on-site role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring reliable comfort, air quality, and energy performance. You'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and document all work while following strict safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and controls.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow all ABM and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a safe worksite.
• Document work performed, parts used, and system status in service records.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site staff about findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with ABM teams to support facility reliability and energy efficiency.
• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
