Warehouse Order Selector

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a Warehouse Order Selector to accurately pick, palletize, and stage beverage products for delivery in a high-volume wholesale distribution center. In this fast-paced, team-focused environment, you will use pallet jacks or forklifts, follow voice or RF picking systems, and verify product codes, quantities, and load accuracy to support on-time deliveries to retailers, bars, and restaurants. You'll uphold strict safety and quality standards, help maintain a clean, organized warehouse, and collaborate with supervisors and drivers to resolve order issues and support excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using voice/RF systems or pick sheets
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets to meet loading and delivery schedules
• Verify product codes, quantities, and dates to ensure order accuracy and quality
• Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts safely in a busy warehouse environment
• Follow all warehouse safety, PPE, and equipment operation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general warehouse housekeeping
• Coordinate with supervisors, loaders, and drivers to resolve order or inventory issues
• Report product damage, shortages, and equipment problems promptly
• Support inventory control through correct product rotation and placement
• Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations
