Bulk Beer Merchandiser

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a Bulk Beer Merchandiser to support our wholesale beer and beverage distribution. In this fast-paced, team-focused role, you will stock and rotate products at retail accounts, build and maintain displays, and ensure shelves, coolers, and back rooms are organized, clean, and compliant with company standards. You will follow delivery schedules, verify product counts, and communicate with drivers, sales reps, and store personnel. The role requires frequent lifting, use of merchandising equipment, adherence to all safety and alcohol regulations, and strong customer service while representing our family-owned brand.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and front beer and beverage products in retail accounts
• Build, maintain, and refresh in-store displays and point-of-sale materials
• Organize and clean shelves, coolers, and back rooms to company standards
• Verify product counts and placements against delivery paperwork
• Follow daily merchandising routes and delivery schedules
• Safely operate merchandising equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Communicate with drivers, sales representatives, and store staff on inventory needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol, and company policies
• Report out-of-stocks, damages, and competitive activity to supervisors
• Provide professional customer service while representing Reyes Beverage Group
