Preschool Principal

Chesterbrook Academy seeks a Preschool Principal to lead our early childhood program and school community. The Principal oversees daily operations, instructional quality, and school safety while fostering a nurturing, play-based learning environment. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching teachers, managing enrollment and family relationships, ensuring licensing and regulatory compliance, and stewarding the school budget. The ideal candidate is a collaborative educational leader who models our child-centered values, builds strong partnerships with families, and drives continuous improvement in curriculum, staff development, and student outcomes.

Responsibilities
