Service Porter

Stokes-Hodges Ford, a customer-focused Ford dealership serving the Aiken-Augusta area, is seeking a Service Porter to support our busy service department. In this entry-level role, you'll greet customers, safely move vehicles through the service drive and lot, assist with check-in, and keep the service area clean and organized. You'll wash and stage vehicles, help technicians by positioning cars, and ensure a professional, customer-first environment. Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and direct them through the service lane
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and inventory vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and lot
• Wash and lightly detail vehicles as requested
• Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and key management
• Support technicians and advisors by staging vehicles for service
• Monitor lot flow and ensure efficient vehicle placement
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic rules on dealership property
• Provide courteous, professional customer interaction
• Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns promptly to management
