General Manager

HOTWORX is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations of our 24-hour infrared fitness studio. You will oversee staff, membership sales, and high-energy service delivery while ensuring an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include managing studio performance metrics, driving new memberships and retail sales, creating schedules, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will coach and develop team members, uphold brand standards, manage budgets and reporting, and engage with the local community to grow awareness. This role is ideal for leaders passionate about fitness, accountability, and helping members reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Drive membership and retail sales to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach studio staff for high performance and accountability
• Monitor key performance metrics and manage basic budgeting and reporting
• Deliver exceptional member service and handle escalated member concerns
• Implement local marketing and community outreach to grow brand awareness
• Ensure adherence to HOTWORX brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Promote a health-focused, results-driven culture aligned with HOTWORX values
