Alignment Technician

Belle Tire is seeking an Alignment Technician to diagnose and perform wheel alignments and related suspension services on passenger and light-duty vehicles. In this fast-paced, customer-first environment, you'll use computerized alignment equipment to ensure safe, accurate results and support tire and repair sales. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, test drives, proper documentation, and maintaining shop safety and cleanliness. You'll collaborate with a team of automotive professionals, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities for advancement in a stable, growing, family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate wheel alignments using computerized equipment
• Inspect suspension, steering, and tire conditions and document findings
• Recommend necessary services and repairs based on inspections
• Test drive vehicles to verify alignment and handling concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized bay
• Use work orders and shop systems to record services performed
• Collaborate with technicians and sales staff to meet customer needs
• Provide clear, honest communication with customers and teammates
• Assist with tire mounting, balancing, and related services as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on alignment technology
