Plumbing Service Tech

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a Plumbing Service Tech to deliver residential and light commercial plumbing services across the greater Memphis area. In this customer-focused, safety-conscious role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, perform fixture and water heater installs, and provide preventive maintenance. Work with modern tools, strong dispatch support, and steady leads. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Install and replace fixtures, faucets, and water heaters
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate findings, options, and pricing to customers clearly
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety, code, and company standards on every job
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily workload
• Provide excellent customer service to build repeat business
