Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to perform inspections, diagnoses, and repairs on a wide range of passenger vehicles. In this hands-on role, you'll handle brake, alignment, tire, suspension, and basic engine services while following all safety and quality procedures. You'll use modern diagnostic tools, document findings, and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers. Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair passenger vehicles to manufacturer and company standards
• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and flat repair
• Complete brake, alignment, suspension, and steering system services
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and shop compliance procedures
• Document work performed and recommended services accurately on repair orders
• Communicate findings and repair needs clearly to service advisors and teammates
• Support a customer-first experience through quality workmanship and timely service
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to advance technical skills
