HVAC Journeyman Service Tech

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced HVAC Journeyman Service Tech to service residential and light commercial systems. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, charging refrigerant, and replacing components. You'll interact directly with customers, explain findings, and recommend solutions. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and IAQ equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Charge refrigerant, test system performance, and replace components
• Install or assist with installation of HVAC equipment and accessories
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate findings and repair options to customers clearly
• Follow company and industry safety standards and procedures
• Operate company tools, vehicles, and equipment responsibly
• Support team members and contribute to a customer-first culture
