Experience HVAC Service Technician

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Memphis, TN is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for residential and light commercial work. In this customer-focused, safety-conscious role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while presenting options and estimates to homeowners. Technicians receive steady leads, modern tools, and continuous training through the ARS/Rescue Rooter network. You'll perform start-ups, tune-ups, and emergency service, ensure code and safety compliance, complete accurate documentation, and support a professional, team-oriented culture with opportunities for advancement in an essential trade.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform start-ups, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues in HVAC systems
• Explain findings, present repair options, and provide estimates to customers
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company procedures
• Use HVAC tools, gauges, meters, and combustion analyzers correctly and safely
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service tickets
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily service schedule
• Promote system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and maintenance agreements
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance on every job
