Automotive Retail Sales Associate

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our fast-paced tire and auto service environment. In this role, you'll greet customers, assess their vehicle and tire needs, provide product recommendations, and prepare accurate estimates and invoices. You'll support store sales goals through consultative selling, merchandising, and add-on services while upholding Belle Tire's standards for honesty, safety, and integrity. Training is provided, with clear paths for advancement into leadership or technical roles in a stable, growing, family-owned company with strong regional recognition.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and automotive service needs
• Provide product recommendations and explain service options
• Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, and work orders
• Upsell tires, services, and accessories to meet store sales goals
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Maintain showroom and product displays for a clean, organized retail environment
• Handle customer payments, returns, and warranty questions
• Educate customers on safety, maintenance, and product features
• Follow all safety procedures and store policies
