Journeyman HVAC Service Technician

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment, perform routine maintenance, and complete quality installations and change-outs. Work directly with customers to explain findings, recommend solutions, and ensure safe, efficient operation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Install and replace HVAC units, components, and controls to company standards
• Conduct system start-ups, testing, and performance verification
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Prepare accurate service tickets, documentation, and parts usage records
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe working order
• Collaborate with dispatch and teammates to manage daily schedule and priorities
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications to maintain skills
