Lead HVAC Installer

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installs across the greater Memphis area. In this role you'll lead an install crew, layout and set equipment, run refrigeration lines and ductwork, perform start ups, and verify system performance and code compliance. You'll mentor junior techs, ensure safety standards, complete accurate paperwork, and deliver a professional, customer focused experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential and light commercial HVAC installation crews
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigeration lines, and controls to code
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and verify proper operation and airflow
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers on proper techniques
• Communicate with customers and provide professional on-site service
• Complete job documentation, forms, and material usage accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse for scheduling and materials
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, safe condition
• Identify additional service needs and communicate to appropriate teams
