Master Automotive Technician

Belle Tire is seeking a Master Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. In this role, you'll perform advanced diagnostics, engine, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs, oversee quality control, and support state inspections and maintenance services. You'll mentor junior technicians, follow safety and manufacturer standards, and ensure accurate documentation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues on passenger and light trucks
• Perform advanced repairs on engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems
• Complete routine maintenance services including tires, alignments, and fluid services
• Use diagnostic equipment and OEM repair information to identify and solve problems
• Inspect vehicles for safety, reliability, and required state inspections where applicable
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to Belle Tire and manufacturer standards
• Accurately document findings, repairs, parts used, and recommendations
• Mentor and support junior technicians and installers on proper repair procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following all safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining needed repairs in clear terms
