Lead HVAC Installer

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Memphis, TN is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential and light commercial install projects. In this role, you'll lead an install crew, lay out and set equipment, run ductwork and refrigerant lines, perform start ups, and ensure code compliance and safety on every job. You'll mentor junior installers, coordinate with dispatch and customers, complete accurate paperwork, and represent our customer focused, professional culture in the field. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
• Install and set furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Run and seal ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate, gas, and electrical connections
• Perform system start ups, testing, and commissioning to code and manufacturer specs
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with local codes
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and supervisors on job status and needs
• Accurately complete job documentation, forms, and material/labor records
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and materials in clean, safe condition
• Support a customer focused, professional, and team oriented culture
