Toddler Lead Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a Toddler Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for young children. In this role, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate, academically rich lessons that blend structured learning with play. You will observe and document growth, support social-emotional development, and maintain a clean, secure environment. You will partner closely with families, model inclusive practices, and collaborate with teammates. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for toddlers
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
