Owner Operator Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain your tractor-trailer safely in compliance with DOT and company standards
• Transport expedited LTL and truckload freight on regional and long-haul routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings
• Use ELD and logistics technology for accurate tracking and on-time deliveries
• Coordinate with dispatch for load assignments, route planning, and scheduling
• Manage required documentation including bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Maintain communication with customers and terminals to ensure service quality
• Manage your owner-operator business expenses including fuel and maintenance
