HVAC Service Technician

Conway Services Heating & Cooling in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and light commercial HVAC service calls
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Explain findings and recommend solutions to customers
• Install replacement parts and adjust system settings for optimal performance
• Ensure work meets safety codes and company quality standards
• Use modern tools and technology to document and track work orders
• Maintain a clean work area, vehicle, and inventory of common parts
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Support team goals and assist peers as needed
