Responsibilities

• Transport expedited LTL, intermodal, and final mile freight safely and on time
• Operate and maintain tractor and equipment in compliance with DOT and company standards
• Follow FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety procedures
• Manage route planning, scheduling, and on-time pickups/deliveries
• Complete required paperwork, manifests, and electronic logs accurately
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminals
• Secure and inspect freight to prevent damage or loss
• Manage fuel, maintenance, and operating costs as an independent contractor
