HVAC Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an HVAC Technician to provide residential and light commercial heating and cooling services. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems while delivering safety-first, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include performing tune-ups, replacements, and emergency calls, accurately documenting work, and communicating repair options to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform system start-ups, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance services.
• Install and replace HVAC equipment and related components per code and company standards.
• Use diagnostic tools, meters, and gauges to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Explain findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers clearly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies on every job site.
• Complete work orders, service tickets, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean and operable condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch, supervisors, and teammates to meet daily service goals.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to advance skills and knowledge.
