HVAC Service Technician

Florida Home Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems in Jacksonville homes. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, perform troubleshooting, complete routine maintenance, and recommend energy-efficient solutions. Technicians ensure safe, code-compliant work, maintain accurate service records, and communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and options. You'll work independently in the field while collaborating with a supportive team focused on professionalism, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC and indoor air quality systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues using proper tools and techniques
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
