Sales Associate

L.L.Bean is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. In this role, you'll greet shoppers, understand their outdoor needs, and recommend apparel, footwear, and gear that fit their lifestyles. You'll learn our product features and heritage, assist with fittings, and share expert tips to help customers enjoy the outdoors comfortably and responsibly. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling returns, maintaining clean, well-merchandised sales floors, and restocking inventory. You'll collaborate with teammates, live our customer-first values, and support store events, seasonal peaks, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities
