HVAC Service Tech

Total Comfort is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and complete start-ups while following safety and code requirements. You'll communicate clearly with customers, explain findings and options, and document work using mobile tools. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Install and start up HVAC components and replacement parts as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Use diagnostic tools and mobile software to document work orders
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options and recommendations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe condition
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedule and priorities
