Infant Teacher

Ready Set Grow is seeking a caring Infant Teacher to join our early childhood team. In this role, you will provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for infants in a safe, clean, and engaging classroom. You will design age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth, while closely observing milestones and documenting progress. The Infant Teacher will follow health and safety regulations, maintain daily communication with families, and collaborate with coworkers to create a warm, inclusive environment that reflects Ready Set Grow's commitment to children's growth, learning, and strong family partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, responsive care to infants in a safe classroom setting
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support early learning
• Monitor and document infant growth, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment following health and safety standards
• Communicate daily with families about routines, progress, and concerns
• Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and child protection guidelines
• Collaborate with teaching team to create a warm, inclusive classroom culture
• Support feeding, diapering, and rest routines according to individual needs
