Sales & Operations Associate

L.L.Bean's Flagship Store in Freeport, ME is hiring a third-shift Sales & Operations Associate at a starting rate of $20/hour. In this overnight role, you'll restock sales floors, process freight, set displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready each morning. You'll assist occasional late-night and early-morning shoppers with product knowledge, sizing, and outdoor gear recommendations while upholding L.L.Bean's legendary service standards. Responsibilities

• Restock and organize sales floors during third shift to ensure readiness for opening
• Receive, process, and stage freight and inventory accurately
• Set and maintain merchandise displays and signage to brand standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized sales, stockroom, and back-of-house areas
• Assist late-night and early-morning customers with product selection and questions
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on apparel, footwear, and outdoor gear
• Operate point-of-sale systems for occasional transactions as needed
