HVAC Systems Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, and related components
• Verify system performance, airflow, and energy efficiency
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, codes, and manufacturer specs
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and parts lists
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in safe, clean condition
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch for efficient scheduling
