HVAC Service Tech

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to provide residential and light commercial service, repair, and maintenance. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose heating and air conditioning issues, perform planned maintenance, complete minor installation work, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. You'll interact directly with customers, explain findings and options, and document all work performed. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Complete minor HVAC installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Verify safe, efficient system operation and troubleshoot performance issues
• Communicate findings, options, and estimates clearly to customers
• Document services performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and company standards on every job
• Coordinate with office staff to manage daily schedule and work orders
