Field Service HVAC Technician

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a Field Service HVAC Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and emergency service calls while providing courteous, professional customer service. You'll work independently in the field, supported by a team-oriented office staff, using your technical skills to solve comfort issues, explain recommendations, and ensure safe, code-compliant work. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnose system issues and recommend repair or replacement options
• Respond to scheduled and emergency field service calls
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations
• Document work performed, parts used, and job status in service software
• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in good condition
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule
