Lead HVAC Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. In this field-based role, you'll lead a crew installing and replacing HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls, ensuring work is safe, code-compliant, and high quality. You'll handle system start-ups, troubleshoot installation issues, and communicate clearly with customers. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install, replace, and upgrade furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and duct systems.
• Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and direct junior installers and helpers on the jobsite.
• Perform system start-up, testing, and commissioning; troubleshoot installation issues.
• Promote and enforce safety-first practices and OSHA compliance on every job.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed and system operation.
• Complete accurate job paperwork, measurements, and material usage reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and sales to ensure on-time, complete installs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and system improvements for customers.
