getMed Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to connect travel nurses and allied health professionals with assignments nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will source and screen clinicians, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and match candidates to client needs. You'll build lasting relationships, guide clinicians through onboarding and credentialing, and maintain accurate ATS records. Working closely with healthcare facilities, you'll coordinate offers, negotiate pay packages, and ensure a transparent, supportive experience aligned with clinicians' goals and lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied health professionals
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRMConduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical and assignment fit
• Match candidates to facility needs and present qualified candidates to clients
• Coordinate offers, negotiate pay packages, and close assignments
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, compliance, and credentialing steps
• Maintain accurate candidate and job records and track activity metrics
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinicians and client facilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent clinician support
• Communicate transparently and promptly to deliver a clinician-centric experience
