Sales Associate

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service in our consumer finance centers. In this fast-paced role, you will greet customers, assess financial needs, explain loan and account options, and process applications accurately while following strict compliance and underwriting guidelines. You'll handle cash transactions, balance drawers, and maintain detailed records. Sales Associates promote company products, achieve performance goals, and support branch operations through merchandising, outreach, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their financial service needs
• Explain loan, credit, and check-cashing products clearly and compliantly
• Process applications, verify documentation, and follow underwriting guidelines
• Handle cash transactions, reconcile drawers, and maintain accurate records
• Meet or exceed sales and performance targets for branch products
• Educate customers on terms, fees, and repayment expectations
• Maintain branch appearance, merchandising, and promotional materials
• Use point-of-sale and financial systems to complete daily transactions
• Support branch operations including opening, closing, and reporting
• Follow all regulatory, company, and security policies and procedures
