Local Truck Driver

NFI Industries Inc is hiring Local Truck Drivers to safely transport freight for regional customers. In this home-daily role, you'll operate late-model equipment, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. Drivers follow all DOT and company safety regulations, maintain logs and documentation, and communicate with dispatch regarding routes, schedules, and customer needs. Responsibilities

• Operate local trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required logs
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate, on-time pickup and delivery of customer freight
• Communicate with dispatch on routes, schedules, and load status
• Secure loads and verify paperwork, bills of lading, and manifests
• Provide professional customer service at shipping and receiving locations
• Report equipment issues and coordinate basic truck maintenance
• Use onboard and routing technology for navigation and updates
• Support a safety-first, people-focused culture and continuous improvement
