CDL A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes
• Complete on-time pick-up and delivery of freight
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required DOT documentation
• Ensure proper cargo securement and freight handling
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations and policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• Adhere to route plans and schedules for consistent service
• Represent NFI professionally with customers and the public
